Common Issues
Saving to Photos fails
Check iOS Settings and confirm that Sloop has Photos permission. If permission is disabled, saving images or videos to your photo library may fail.
Local network transfer is unavailable
Make sure the devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and that Sloop is allowed to access the Local Network in system settings. Some workplace or campus networks may block device discovery.
Face ID or Private Space does not unlock
Confirm that Face ID / Touch ID is set up in iOS and enabled in Sloop's Privacy & Security settings. Keep your app passcode safe; if it is forgotten, Private Space access may not be recoverable.
Saving or parsing fails
Sloop does not host third-party content. Saving or parsing results may depend on website permissions, network conditions, region restrictions, login status, or content format. Make sure you have the right to access and save the content.
Pro benefits do not appear after subscribing
Confirm that you are using the Apple ID used for the purchase, then tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's membership and purchases section. If the App Store purchase sheet shows a successful charge but the app still does not update your entitlement, try again after the network is available or contact us at the email above with your app version, iOS version, and screenshots.
How to cancel a subscription or request a refund
Apple handles subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, and refunds. You can manage your Sloop subscription from the Apple ID subscriptions page in iOS Settings. Refund requests must follow Apple App Store rules. After cancellation, Pro benefits usually remain available through the paid period.
Data and Privacy Requests
You can delete local files in the app, clear cache, or uninstall the app to remove local data. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided through support email, contact us at the email above and include "Privacy Request" in the subject.
